6-22-14: socks are my favorite thing to knit while traveling. I always meet interesting people. This is the first time anyone has ever asked me if I was knitting a bikini.
12-11-14: I’m really having a hard time getting inspired to finish these. I’m knitting 2 at a time with the same die lot but the socks look SO different it really bothers me.
1-1-15: Finished! Not real pleased that the socks are different shades (one looks faded), but I LOVE when a project is completed and there are many memories associated with it. I knitted these on the long flight to visit old friends in Kosrae, at the Grand Canyon Baha’i Conference in Phoenix, and in Sedona during a beautiful snow fall. Every time I wear these I’ll think of the great times I had while knitting them.
