5-15-15: Took a wonderful stranded knitting class at For Yarn’s Sake in Beaverton given by Yvonne Cutright. I learned so much! Yvonne is a great teacher, and by the end of the class I was able to do Fair Isle holding a different colored yarn in each hand. This is so fun--I love it! I originally started with 3 colors, but when I got home I didn’t like the way the variegated yarn looked, so I ripped everything out and started over with 2 colors. I may just have to knit a Fair Isle sweater now.
