3/26/2015 - Received yarn today! Anxious to get started. I adore the pattern, so I expect that the shawl will be beautiful when it’s done!

7/10/2015 - And it is done! I did a lot of this shawl while traveling, so I didn’t get very many photos. Most of the photos are from the final stretch. I am super excited to finally have this monster finished. It wasn’t a very large shawl, but you can block it to the extreme, which of course I did.

I learned so much from this pattern, and especially from my mistakes. I had to learn how to reknit through six or seven rows. It was so nerve-raking, but amazing. I feel like a more accomplished knitter now.

Now onto my next adventure! A sweater!
