Very easy pattern and well written. Made some changes to fit how I wanted it. I added 12 extra stitches since I wasn’t using thick yarn. I crocheted 3 more trim rounds for a wider edge. I did 14 rounds of shell stitch to get to the size I wanted. I also did 2 rounds of decreases at the top for a smaller opening. First decrease round was after the original Round 14 and was CH 1, HDC2TOG, HDC next 3, repeat * to end, SS in CH 1. Second decrease round was CH1, HDC2TOG, HDC next 2, repeat to end, SS in CH 1. Fits my 10 year old loosely, fits my teen nicely, and fits me perfectly so it is “one size fits most” lol.
