Just found a friend who would like this! She’s going to add a lining and a strap to it and use it as a little bag!

It turned out to be too tall for my ipad. Though, really, I didn’t do a gauge swatch so it’s on me. Not going to block it. It might would fit a tablet so I’m going to see if anyone I know has one and it can be an unbirthday present for them.

Didn’t notice row 1 on the chart read differently than the written pattern. First row does not have the second k3. Any row that called for “Repeat Row 1”, I managed to remember to look at the chart to make sure I was supposed to add the k3.

I didn’t have a cable needle or a random dpn lying around, so I had to use a toothpick to cable with.

The BO line was a bit confusing and I had to look at the chart to see just how far I would be ribbing before BO. I also feel that the button loop could have been worded a bit better. Ended up googling it to figure out that I just needed to pull the YO through to make a stitch.

Ran out of yarn on the last rib row, so I had to hunt around for the scraps from a previous project. Don’t know exactly how much I used so we’ll just round it up to half, that way there will be more than enough.
