Notes

Using The two malabrigo yarns doubled and held together, and one length of the Manos (ie 5 yarns held together) to make super bulky weight for this pattern that calls for malabrigo Rasta. I want to not buy anything (well, apart from the 12mm needle!) for these cowls.
This won’t be cast on till 1st March when the pattern is published.

Cast on on 2nd March (work then wine delayed the 1st March planned start) and after a row or two decided it was TOO bulky - so I removed one of the Emerald Malabrigo ends, so it was 4 ends used together in the end. Lovely. The red is softer and more pinky/purple varied than it shows here (elderly camera!)

I shortened it just a bit by losing two rows at the startof the second repeat. Did a standard cast off, which is just a little looser then the cast on. So it sits better upside down with the slight flare on my shoulders. Comes up over my nose!
