I’ve only just started the second chart, but love the way Dee explains each step -- even offering alternatives to the way she does things.

I am doing my usual slwyif as if to purl for the first stitch in each row and knitting the last. Her way is lovely, but I know I’d just confuse myself after a million shawls the other way.
