Notes

Hoping this will be the last “which scarf to knit with this yarn” decision. Just a nice simple cable pattern. Originally I purchased the yarn to do something similar to the Bernadette scarf I made my dad. So I was going to the Miranda Scarf. This project is pretty similar to either of those.

Other less similar projects got tested out, Antlers didn’t seem right after only a few rows. And Marijke was the same story, though I like the pattern alot and will be doing it at some point with more appropriate yarn.

4 skeins was always the plan, but we will see how it goes.

I didn’t work on this for a very long time after getting about halfway. I felt like the cabling wasn’t coming out how I wanted. If I had it to do over again I would make the number of rows between cable rows longer for this yarn. But it still looks great, and it’s very comfy, and I hope will be useful protection from Chicago winds.

I love this scarf!
