I did omit any garter edges and bands. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Having had never knit with any mohair yarn I read it about before. I few times I had to go back some stitches (a row and a bit) and it was much easier than expected:)

Needles: 4.5mm Addi Lace circulars
Cast on: 36 stitches, Chinese waitress cast on
Bind off: Jenny’s suprisingly stretchy bind of
Pattern: all rows: knit 1, yo, slip knit pass slipped stitch over, slip 1 with yarn in front

I just knitted until I ran out of yarn. Unblocked it is 20 cm / 8 inches wide and 1.40 m / 55 inches long. It is soft and beautiful and surprisingly warm:) This was a great project.

It still is unblocked and the ends are not woven in. I had 2 knots in this ball.

Took me a couple of days to knit it and nearly five months to weave in the ends….
