This is a simple ruffle scarf for a child.

• Row 1: 40 sc
  • About half to two-thirds of the desired length works out well with the ruffles
• Row 2-4: sc in each sc
• Row 5: 2 sc in each sc
• Row 6-8: sc in each sc
• Row 9: 2 sc in each sc
• Row 10-12: sc in each sc
• Row 13: 2 sc in each sc
• Row 14-17: sc in each sc
  • Note that I added an extra even row here, working the last one a touch tighter

I also free-formed a few flowers for decoration on one end with the extra yarn.
