This is a traditional Swedish heartwarmer from Nås, Dalarna. Crocheting is not common in Swedish tradition. Only in a few small villages in the country they have been crocheting in old times.

The first row is 800 sc.

15/1: 800 sc st
18/1: 768 sc st, 9 rows
21/1: 690 sc st, 18 rows
23/1: 572 sc st, 25 rows
24/1: about 500 sc st, 33 rows
28/1: 400 sc st, 52 rows

31/1: only the braided band is to be done
Nu är det bara flätade knytband kvar.

This one took more than 100 hours to make.
