Opted to use a thicker yarn that suggested in pattern. Used same size hooks. I prefer smaller hooks so that stuffing does not show through.

Head worked fine. I did not have time to order safety eyes, so opted to use colored buttons instead.

Struggled with scale pattern. The written out instructions confused me. Once I got the pattern figured out, it worked up quickly. I did not realize until I was done that a chart existed.

I cannot get the wings to work correctly. In reviewing notes of other projects. I saw similar comments. I have opted to find another wing pattern.

Just need to sew on horns, spikes, and wings then it will be ready to go.
