The more I look at my scarf, the more it is reminding me of some Native American motifs, even though I know Mona is using traditional Fair Isle motifs.

I have made a few knit things using the motifs from an old needlepoint motif book (1973), which includes beadwork designs from Chippewa/Odawa and Sioux tribes. I guess it might be my colors, but this fair-isle scarf is looking like those!

I had such fun with the MKAL and the motifs, but my poor approach to using scraps meant that one end was so vastly different from the other that it is unwearable.

So I am scrapping the scrappy scarf and will find a new use for the yarn.
