Great pattern, great yarn! First time using Berroco’s Ultra Alpaca, and I’ll definitely be acquiring more of this yarn, love it!

Project Notes / Modifications:

• Doing a 5 stitch double knit border, instead of the YO border in the pattern, I wanted a more “substantial” border with a little weight and a strong edge
• CO 105 stitches (instead of 99 in the pattern), extra CO stitches for the double knit border
• Chart A rows 3-30 repeated 7 times (instead of 6 in the pattern)
• Chart B rows 1-28 repeated 3 times (instead of twice in the pattern)
• Chart B rows 39-66 repeated 3 times (instead of twice in the pattern)
• Chart C rows 47-74 repeated 7 times (instead of 6 in the pattern)
• used 35 grams of third skein of yarn, FO weighs 235 grams
• blocked out to 52cm (20.5in) x 170cm (67in)
• used knitpicks options interchangeable nickel plated circular knitting needle

I’m very happy with my border modification, and the extra repeats to get a little extra length.
