This pattern is exactly what I was looking for, and I am pleased with the fabric it is producing. Having said that, it was surprising to find out after the pattern was purchased that it required 2 strands of worsted weight yarn held together which left me with only half the yarn required for the project. Additionally, it is disappointing that a pattern for purchase is not written out row by row. “Repeat Rows 3-4 twice” when row 4 says “Repeat Row 2” is flat out annoying. Between the double-stranded knitting and the convoluted instructions, it seems ambitious for a beginning knitter. With those minor corrections, however, I would enthusiastically recommend this pattern.
