I very often knit at Disneyland. One day, however, I was stopped at the security check by a horrified cast member. “Is that YARN in your bag”, she asked. “Why, yes”, I replied. “Do you have KNITTING NEEDLES???” I answered in the affirmative. “You can’t bring those in here. They’re dangerous.” 15 minutes and two supervisors later, I was at last given permission to proceed, but the “dangerous” name stuck.

I got nowhere near gauge, even with a size 0 needle. I followed the pattern, but winged the stitch counts. I wear petite clothes, and I’m getting better at eyeballing the size. I left off the I-chord trim because it felt uncomfortable on the one armhole I tried it on. I enjoyed this knit aside from occasional non-Disney language while knitting the bodice.
