Notes

Cast on 32 sts using 2.75mm needles.
Knit 4 rows in K1, P1 rib,
then knit in stocking stitch to required height,
followed by another 4 rows of K1,P1 rib.
Cast off in rib with 3mm crochet hook.
Sew up back seam using mattress stitch.
Skirt will be stretch enough to pull over hips.
