First attempt was worked using combination knitting (Western knits, Eastern purls). I had not worked flat ribbing in quite some time; after 2”, I decided it was very sloppy and frogged.

Second attempt was worked using Western knit stitches and Norwegian purls for the rib section and combination knitting for the welt section before the work was joined in-the-round. I switched to all combination knitting after the project was joined in the round.

If I were to make this again, I would try a 2x2 right cable cross where the flat work is joined in the round, instead of a skp. It may not work, but I am curious.
