Because I have a thing for symmetry:

I made sure to cast on with a long enough tail left over to slip-stitch along the Chain 15 for the first arm-loop, to make it match the slip-stitching on the 2nd Ch 15 arm-loop.

Row 3 of the Skirt: I did the first 5 clusters as written, then skipped 1 stitch (at the centre point of the bodice,) did 5 more clusters, skipped 2 stitches, 2 CD in last stitch. Ch2, turn.
