This is my first attempt at a hat. It is a very simple design, knitted on 2 needles, and with a seam at the back. I am going to do a bit more work on it. I think it might be better with a rib, and also bit deeper. I might also try to do the pattern in different sizes. But I’m quite pleased with my first attempt. I think what makes it is cherry decoration is from Lesley Stanfield’s “100 Flowers to Knit and Crochet”.
