The baby in the photo sold this one for me (hence the borrowed photo) - he’s so cute! I’m not sure how many babies I know (in my family, at least) that fit an 18” chest for very long, but I’m sure I can find someone whose kid can wear this for a while… :)

April 1 - there is a lot of fiddly finishing work in this pattern, but it turned out really cute. The neck looks quite small, and I suspect that the top button may eventually have to be removed, depending on how it sits on the baby - you wouldn’t want the child to chew on it, and accidentally swallow it! Its blocking now, and then I’ll go find some buttons for it later this week. Yay! :)
