This used 1 full jumbo skein of each color and I had to add in a new skein in the last charts to finish.
There is a video here where you can see the illusion emerging as I move the camera

How im handeling the charts…
To handle it all easily I’m using plastic coated paperclips every 10 stitches to match the chart grid. I’m also using a different color for each section. Yellow, orange and green.
To seperate the charts I’m using a running marker between charts. This is the blue yarn. I loop it and tie it into a marker and leave long tails. As i knit it will get trapped between stitches and move up with each row. This’ll make a straight line down my knitting incase i have to look back I’ll know where the charts break up.
I’ve only cast on here. But as i work I’ll place clips every 10 ridges on the edges to match the lines on the chart. To mark the charts vertically I’ll either place a lifeline on the last row of the chart. Or place c lips around the last row within the fabric.
I know this seems complicated. But once you set it up it takes care of itself.
The blue yarn will just slip out when done
The chain is my row counter and can go to 100

I am finishing this using the knit companion app pdf reader. I have the paid version on android. I invert my row highlighter and fatten my slide bar. Being that the printed version is 9 charts but the PDF can read an entire row across what would be 3 charts I have highlighted the page breaks on the PDF in yellowish orange with no transparency, and that is where my red markers are placed.
A page row is 90 stitches and I prefer to blow it up so I see 5 blocks at a time so I put a gold split ring at the 50 stitch mark to mark where I slide the chart over. I also highlighted these stars oncthe chart purple with no transparency. These are just visual markers if I have long stretches of one stitch I don’t have to count, i just knit to the appropriate marker. As precise and unforgiving of mistakes as this is, as many visual markers as possible is helpfull.

I decided to finish this off with a simple crochet edging. I had to do a few single rowson the top and bottom to get the black edge to be the same width. Then I did 1 round of sc through both loops, 1 round of sc in black through the black. I did 1 round of the white through the back loops and another round of black through back loops. I finished it with a round of reverse SC through both loops.
