12 repeats of main pattern for the sleeves
16 rows for sleeve ribbing before tubular bind off
Rearange sts.
4 rows tubular setup

Go down to 4mm for the tubular rows
sleeves turn out to be very long so I had to redo the ribbing and shortened them to 10.5 repeats. (21 holes) before the ribbing.
