Notes

I started this last year and finished all but the last few inches of the sleeves because I needed my kiddo to try it on to make sure the sleeves were long enough.

This is an awesome pattern. He wanted a nice thick wool sweater for skiing and something that represented winter. I couldn’t think of anything better than to give him pine trees. He chose the colors as he loves purple. I didn’t do the icord on the neck or sleeves to keep it from being too feminine looking. I also didn’t do the color work on the sleeves or at the hem.

It came out quite nice! The pattern is really easy to follow. Don’t let the provisional cast on make you nervous. It turned out way more straightforward than I original thought.
