Did a gauge swatch and this yarn seems a bit big for DK. Moved to a 3.25” needle and down a sweater size (mainly because I tend to make items too big, and others have mentioned their sweater grows after blocking)

03-02-2023

Finally finished the colourwork and admittedly the blue doesn’t show up as nicely as the red would have. I just have an issue with red trees.
It still looks ok and gives a subtle grey to blue fade effect even if the trees aren’t that noticeable.
