I knit the first round after the cast on w/o increasing. (I think if I make any more of these in this size I will cast on a few more sts.) I increased every other round until I reached 44 sts. I used Very Pink Knits tutorials on YouTube for the w&t, I felt like her method left less gaps in my knitting. I knit 5 more rounds after closing the gaps for the heel. I did k2p2 ribbing for 3 inches to make the cuff, knit one more round of k2p2 with the larger (size 5) needles and then also use the larger needles to bind off.
