Jan. 2013 - I started this in 2012 and put it aside until I could measure my daughter properly. Just the sleeves left to do. I have made quite a few changes so far:

1. Added 2 inches to the length.
2. Continued the cable all around the arm hole leaving 1 edge stitch for seaming.
3. Did the front decreases on both sides of the center cable and kept the cable running right to the shoulder seam and across the back of the neck. this gives a very nice finish to the collar. Although, I did notice, after the collar was sewn on and kitchnered that the last cable on the left collar edge is crossed the wrong way.
4. I did a 3 stitch attached i-cord around the front and collar because I didn’t like the unfinished look of the edge.
5. I’m knitting the sleeves flat, two at a time. I always do sleeves this way so they are identical. Because I will have a seam I will add a few stitches to the purl stitches.
