Notes

This project page is set up for the planning stages of this pattern on the LK150 machine. Anyone who is interested in following the adventure (when I finally get to this project) can now find my musings.

Trialing the pattern in dial tension 7 to match gauge. Will adjust if necessary.

Start with provisional cast-on. Load the provisional cast-on stitches, knitting each of the six panels separately.

Always have a background color stitch as an additional stitch on each side. Pull the needle out that is closest to the carriage so that the yarns will both wrap around this last stitch and will create an even fabric. The extra stitch on each side will be the selvedge for sewing the panels together. It will leave a decorative ridge on the WS of the work. End with waste yarn for each panel.

At dial tension 6, MC 6 grams per wedge, 5 grams per wedge. Make sure to have 40 grams of MC and 35 grams of CC for each hexagon.

Will trial 5.0 and 6.0 tension dials.
