Swatching this pattern with the Moonshine yarn from my stash. Pattern calls for approx. 380 yds of yarn, but I don’t have that much of this yarn - so I weighed my swatch and did some math. I’m going to make a smaller scarf - if my math is reliable, I should be able to cast on 301 instead of 361, and do only 1.5 pattern repeats instead of 2, and have enough yarn - do I feel lucky? :) Love the way the yarn swatched up …

Had enough yarn to finish as calculated, with a bit left over. Completed the knitting sometime in late 2014, but it waited a long time to be blocked!
