Decrease the stitch count by 8% during the set up round On the slipper opening, I’m decreasing the stitch count by 8% during the set up round of the braid (before working the second and third rounds of braid) to draw the edge in slightly. 92% of 66 sts= 60 sts. of the braid (before working the second and third rounds of braid) to draw the edge in slightly. 92% of 66 sts= 60 sts.
