Casting on today with Rye a lovely pale green with flecks of yellow a colour I’ve never used before from Spindrift range. I’m casting on 140 loops as I have bigger head rather than 136 as pattern indicates.
I ended up adding another darker colour and I put daffodil as a third background colour in the crown to get better definition.
Washed and rinsed my hat (I’d used Sand which was on an oiled cone) and now I took most of water out by rolling it in a thick towel. It’s now on my grandsons little Minions football perched on a cone (where I took photos) to dry overnight.
