Stash wool I’ve had for years being used. Two types - both lace weight. One was a gift from my mother who picked up a cone in a second hand shop or something in Lerwick, Shetland. The other is Istex Einband I bought from Iceland years ago for a pullover I never completely finished. I’ve lots of both so will make long sleeves and longer body length.
I’ve begun 3rd 50g ball. I’ve more in my stash - I’m holding the wool together. Looks like I’ve plenty of both to do a longer length plus long sleeves - going into winter this is best plan for me. Plus I live 60’ north anyway in North Atlantic!
Gave it a good wash as the cone was oiled, then in some Ecover fabric softener and 800 spin in machine. I’ve had overnight on the jumper board. I’ll get it on and pictures later. Ertie’s coming over now so no time yet!
