Making a new Clap to replace the one I accidently felted. Summer Mothers 2009 group KAL was the kick in the pants I needed to get going on this one! :)

Update March 16/10:

Only two rows left until I start the straight section! I’m pretty behind on this as the KAL ended mid-January, but c’est la vie!

Update April 5/10:

Slow going… I managed to pull my needle out of the knitting dropping a few stitches along the way as well as having all the stitch markers land at the bottom of my knitting bag. Haven’t had the heart to do anything more than put the stitches back on the needle. Must now figure out where I’m at and add the stitch markers back on. I’m somewhere in the straight section right now.

Update June 9/10: Thanks, Andrea! I’m now back on track, know what row I’m on and can start plugging away at my Clapotis again! Wheee! :)

Update August 21/12: A few more incidents of needles being pulled out, several months of avoidance, some on and off knitting and I’m finally, more than two years later ready to start the decrease section! Let’s see how long I can drag this out for. ;)
