Used this pattern for the head up to round 18. Switched to purple, FLO for one round & then continued to close out. I made a rectangle of light blue & stitched that around the wooden ring. I made a purple “disk” that Fit in the area made by the FLO stitches. I attached the wooden ring to it and hot glued that to the bottom of the head.
Antenna - sc16, ch1, turn, sc15, ch1, turn, ss15, FO, leave long tail. Tie an overhand knot & secure it into a ball with the long tail. Sew and/or glue to top of the head. Eyes & mouth are felt glued on.
