Actually using the toddler size hat pattern from Anthology, and using this pattern for the face and fins.

Finished! Hat seems a little big for a toddler (it fits me) but I guess kids have big heads and/or she’ll grow into it.

Face pieces didn’t come out as flat and even as the pattern showed
