Notes

Cowl: S 2/27, F 2/28
Second time doing a picot cast on, I really like it! So fun, and Petra’s kit has a cool chenille to really add a pop of color and texture to the cowl!

Added my 2nd skein on row 1 of section 8. I have plenty of yarn, I added 5 extra rows (even) to section 9 of the pattern. BO with both yarns and a size 15 needles.

This pattern is truly reversible, I can’t decide which side I prefer. The only reason it matters is how I tie in the yarn ends.

Great pattern! A very fun and fast knit, I love it!

Beanie: S 3/3, F 3/4
Since I’m always cold and have very short hair, I need extra warmth on my ears. CO 73 stitches onto size 8’s, knit in 2x2 ribbing for 2”, changed to size 7’s ’s and continued for 2” more. Switched back and knit to pattern til beanie measured 10” from the CO edge. Finished to pattern. This one feels a bit short, I’ll try to pull the length a bit when I block it!
