CO 199 stitches onto a size 8 needle, knit first row, join in the round and knit through decreases. Change to size 7’s and knit to pattern through row 22. I changed to size 8’s, knit through row 30. I added an extra stockinette row using size 9’s, then knit increase section on the 9’s. I have plenty of yarn, I added 3 extra even rows before binding off. BO using a suspended BO and a size 10 needle.
