Started this with a lot of enthusiasm but had issues right away with the stitch count. Assuming I messed up, I tinked and restarted several times. Still not right…finally got smart enough to check for pattern updates, yep, there it was!

CO 131 stitches and knit to pattern; very fast and fun knit! I have quite a bit of yarn so I added two extra knit rows before binding off. BO using a suspended BO and a size 17 needle. Turned out really cute!

Lessons learned:

• thread a bead onto the yarn (or any multi part yarn that separates) to keep the tension on both strands even.
• I added two extra stitches as edge stitches but the sides still seem a bit tight. Hopefully they will block out
