CO 72 stitches onto size 7’s, knit one row, change to size 6’s and knit to pattern with an edge stitch on both sides.

I’m about 10” into this, seems a bit wide but soft and drapey. Used ~25 gr so far, will make this around 80” total. Thought about restarting but I’m going to keep on. Nope, I’m frogging and starting over , it’s just too wide!

8/20 This has been an “in between” project for months now and I’m almost done. At this point I have 23g of yarn left and I’m trying to decide on what type of a beaded bound off to use. Crocheted picot? Fringed? Too many options….

8/20/24 Oh my gosh, it’s been 2 years since I worked on this! Definitely need to get it finished and move on. I still have Patty’s to finish! My rough measurement shows it to be 84” long (~8 ft), that should make a great scarf/shawl! Knit one row in pattern (right side of wrap), change to size 8’s & purl one row (WS), bind off using a size 9 needle and a suspended BO.

I really do like how this turned out, but it needs Tobe a bit dressier for my friend Lisee. It needs beads!! I’m going to try adding a fancy beaded edging…we’ll see how it turns out!
