I used practically all 364 yards (probably a good 350) of the Super Saver for the suckers…for future reference.
So to actually get the 21 stitches across the front of the face, you have to count the slip stitch and crochet into it when making the tentacles.

Also, just as a reference, when joining the suckers and tentacles row counts must be the same for each one.
And the single crochet stitches aren’t random or willie-nillie. They line up perfectly with each other.
