You might not think that horizontal stripes are for the more ample of us, but I tried on a friend’s Tempest and it looked ace, so what do you know? ;P

Have finished the back and first front. Am amazed to have only got through one skein of the CC.

My Mum’s red and black Tempest is coming along nicely, although my Dad rather meanly says she’ll look like Dennis the Menace.

I ended up knitting my own cardigan, the sleeves and one front of my Mum’s and finishing them both off. It has been epic but worth it. Very pleased with the end results.
