Notes

Pattern gauge is 3.3 st/in with US 10; mine is 3.5 st/in. I tried a swatch with US 11 but did not like the result. So I will continue with the 10s but choose a larger sweater size:
Body stitches for Large are 154/3.5 equals 44”. This will give me nearly 8” positive ease. I will have to be careful of my row gauge as I go and adjust number of rows as needed.

Note: in the videos, the designer purls a different way than me and sometimes knits through the back loop. It’s a good idea to watch the videos as they are very good and extremely helpful.

Mods: R6 (RS) with repeating YO, K1 should really be done on a WS, so this row became R7 which then changed the row numbers that followed. After pattern R12, I added a repeat of this row so when I got to pattern R13, I would actually be on the correct RS (but this is R15 for me).
I was about to do another mod when the designer updated the pattern. So the mods above are actually in keeping with this latest update.

For sleeves: hold Lettlopi together with mohair for Fisherman’s rib to add extra depth and specialness; knit 8 extra rows (80 rather than 72).
For body: After 40R of Fisherman’s rib, rib length measures 5.5”; I added 3 more inches after this (24 extra rows=64R=8.5”). Also, I did not want body cast off to cinch as much, so I changed it from k3tog/k2tog to k2tog/k1tog.
No snap or button; I will use a shawl pin to close at the neck.

Pre-/Post-block measurements:
A-13 neck rows=2.4”/2.5”
B-upper arm (garter st)=8.75”/9.25”
C-lower arm (Fisherman’s rib)=10.5”/11”
D-lower body (Fisherman’s rib)=8.5”/9”
E-from back of neck straight down to end of body=20”/20.5” (back is shorter than front because there were no neck short rows in the pattern; will need to stretch this post-blocking)
F-chest circumference (just below armpit)=22.75”/22.75”

I LOVE it‼️
