Nakia Infinity in purple

This wrapped stitches section was added at the end, rather than plain stockinette as specified in the pattern. I did two segments, turning the knitting in between. I wrapped the needles 6 times each, to make a more prominent blob. I like it better than the 3 wraps specified in the pattern.

This is the beginning of the pattern, with the twisted stitches (hard to see in the dark yarn), and then the wrapped stitches. This wrapped stitches section uses the Serenity Sock (Chili) as the base and the Shawl in a Ball (Mindful Mauve) for wrapping.

At the top is the Eyelet section (in Serenity sock - Violas) and below is the diagonal join to the cable section (in Shawl in a Ball - Mindful Mauve).

At the left is the first woven and wrapped stitches segment, to the right is the start of the eyelet segment.

Here is the middle of the cable segment. I didn't have a ribber, so reformed all stitches by hand - insane!!

The lace motif segment above, in the Mary Maxim yarn, which I don't like for colors or color changes nearly as much as the Shawl in a Ball, in the cable segment below. Sadly, the ribbing is nearly imperceptable, what an insane waste of effort, hand reforming all of those stitches!

Rehanging after knitting off on WY to turn. First segment of wrapped stitches complete. I think that the blobs are too small at 3 wraps each. I'm going to wrap more times on the other side.

Removed 3 stitches with 3-pronged transfer tool.

Insert second transfer tool into stitches from opposite direction.

Twist one-half turn.

Place twisted stitches back into empty hooks.
