My first hairpin lace project. So far it’s a great new experience. Disappointed with the yarn only in that each skein was broken into two sections. Especially disturbing because the pattern specially discourages joining. A Red Heart pattern with recommended Red Heart Soft yarn.

This wrap is great when you need just a little something on your arms. Sometimes the A/C can be a little cold. Made with the Susan Bates hairpin lace loom, the shawl worked up quickly and easily.

I enjoyed this project well enough to make a second one for my Mom in wheat.
