After making Charlotte’s hat, I realized a few things that make sewing this hat together a bit easier.

Sew eyes, eye brows, horns, spikes, and nostrils on before attaching to the body of the hat.

Sew claws to the underside of the wings prior to sewing wings/claws to the body of the hat (Hides the white sewing well)
Weave in ends before sewing parts to hat.
Use locking stitch markers to place parts on hat.
use pins to stretch them out to where you want them, then locking stitch markers to be sure you keep them in the correct place.
