Used almost all of one skein of the pashmina on the body, have 260 stitches on the needles.

Starting the cabled edging with the remaining bit of the first skein. Have maybe 10-15 yards of the first skein to begin the edging.

Was able to do about 7 or 8 repeats with remainder of first skein.

Once I was able to memorize the 8 row repeat, it went much quicker.

On the wrong side rows that you’re going to be starting the cable on the next right side rows, you’ll end with five knit stitches. These rows will always start with slip, yo, k2tog.

On the wrong side rows after you’ve completed the cable row, you’ll end with a knit, double yo, k2tog. These rows will always start with slip, knit, yo, k2tog.

The cable is always every 4th and 8th row.
