Mods for Knitting in the Round (Magic Loop)

• Knit in round for 8”
• Once I hit 8” I knit 1 more round, placing the last 6 stitches on scrap yarn (or stitch holder). I then cast on 4 new stitches using the backwards loop method.
• Continue to knit in the round until pinkie is covered.
• Place 6 thumb stitches (that were on hold) back on needles and pick up and knit a further 8 stitches and continue to knit the thumb in the round until it’s long enough.
