For MC I took 6 strands of a 28/2 nm cashmere yarn that a friend bought for me at a designer outlet store (for an amazingly low price).
The colour is hard to photograph - the second picture captures it best.

The pattern was really easy and interesting to knit. I especially liked how the band is built. I used a remnant of thicker cashmere yarn for it and it was just sufficient - I had 1 m left…

I did not like the sharp and slightly bent k2tog decreases of the original crown, so instead I did a k2tog and a ssk alternatingly.

This mustard-yellow version is a christmas present for my sister, but I will definitely make another one for myself (in one of “my” colours). :-)
