Made the sleeves first.
Cast on 8sts less for the body and worked all of the hemline in 2x2 rib. On the last row of rib increased 4 sts on each front section.
Carried on with the body cable as per pattern and kept the smooth surface of the stockinette on the outer side.
After the yoke was joined I omitted 2 rows (rows 5&6) due to my row gauge being different to the pattern.
Neckband - didn’t bind off. When putting the
few sts on hold during the yoke, worked 2 tog to reduce them ready for the neckband.
Button bands - picked up 4 sts for each 6 rows I.e. 52 sts.
