Per suggestion by the LYS, I changed the K20 panel to K10 since I was using bulky yarn. The fringe length turned out perfectly.

When blocking, I measured 37 inches across for the long side of the triangle and about 22.5 inches for each of the short sides. (It’s ~13 inches tall from tip to base; thanks Pythagoras!) Fringe turned out to be 5 inches long.
